Due to changes in the mechanical structure, rigidity and control capabilities have improved, allowing for the production of high-precision gears at approximately twice the speed of the conventional machine (RZ362A) by using a newly developed grinding wheel. This system suppresses the grinding marks generated by conventional grinding methods, achieving low-noise gears (LNS: Low Noise Shifting) and eliminating ghost noise that occurs in the fourth order.
